This is a great target to build a good cadence or what is known as a cadence break. It's good to build a rhythm, but it can also lead to what is known as synchronization. We need to be able to control our cadence and not build a muscle memory to just fire a certain amount of rounds based on a specific cadence.

From the 3 Yard Line

1. Start off by running a cadence of 3 rounds on the first large circle, then 4 on the second, and 5 on the third.

2. On the 4th large circle, run a cadence drill of 4-5 rounds followed by a single round to one of the smaller circles.

3. On the 5th large circle, run a cadence drill of 4-5 rounds followed by 4 rounds in the second smaller circle which should have a slower cadence.

4. Last drill, on the 6th large circle, run a cadence of 3-4 rounds, followed by 2 rounds to one of the smaller circles which should have a slower cadence, and then back to the larger circle for 3-4 rounds in a faster cadence.
