Mike is a US Air Force veteran with over 30 years of martial arts training and a decade of firearms instruction.

He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his students, including certifications from Frogman Tactical, which allow him to teach advanced handgun and home-clearing courses.

His instruction is designed to elevate students' defensive and firearms skills.

 

Outside of his professional life, Mike and his wife, along with their four children, actively embrace the combative lifestyle, all being well-trained and dedicated to self protection.

Owner of Lone Star Tactical Training. Daniel is the driving force behind LSTT, where he leverages his extensive experience as a US Navy veteran and nearly 30 years in the fitness industry.

​

Daniel is dedicated to equipping students with the essential physical skills and mental fortitude required for real-world challenges. A Texas native, he emphasizes simplicity, situational awareness, and faith-based mindset, fostering a no nonsense approach on the range.

​

Daniel is passionate about continuous improvement. He actively trains with top instructors to stay at the forefront of his field. Residing in Texas with his children, he is committed to creating a supportive and disciplined training environment for all.

​

At Lone Star Tactical Training, Daniel offers firearms and tactical training tailored to skills and advanced tactical capabilities.

​

Programs range from pistol and rifle, to specialized sessions for women and CQB, all designed to cultivate the skills, mindset, and confidence needed to navigate any situation with precision and purpose.

Dustin graduated from the Frogman Tactical Firearms Instructor Academy in class 003 and has spent the last year dedicated to teaching firearm safety and self-defense. 

​

His focus is on helping individuals learn to handle firearms effectively, ensuring they are well-prepared for various situations. 

​

Dustin is committed to fostering a community of responsible firearm owners through comprehensive and empowering training sessions.

Matt began his shooting journey in 2017. In 2018 he signed up for his first of many commercial firearms training classes. 

​

Since then, Matt has been a student in over a dozen more courses given by well known firearms instructors across the US.

​

With a desire to teach others as well, he enrolled and completed the Frogman Tactical Instructor Certification Program in 2024, and graduated in class 003. 

​

Matt also started his own firearms company and is now teaching others across the states. 

​

Going forward, along with teaching, Matt plans on getting involved in competitive shooting to further test his skills, while also continuing to be a student, learning from others to improve and be the best firearms instructor he can be for others.

Jason is a dedicated firearms instructor with 12 years of experience in firearms safety, marksmanship, and tactical training.

​

Jason is passionate about responsible gun ownership and education. He has worked with very diverse groups, from beginners to advanced shooters, ensuring a thorough understanding of safety protocols and effective shooting techniques.

​

When not on the range, Jason enjoys hiking, spending time with his family and continuously seeking to enhance his kno0wledge and skills in the field.

Take Point Tactics LLC, provides firearm & self-defense training for all levels, teaching how to safely handle firearms, develop efficient movements and accuracy.

​

Tyler became a Sheriffs Deputy in 2010 maintaining his certifications to present date. Seven of those years he was a full-time Deputy and also for that same period remained a Reserve Deputy. Nine of those years Tyler served as an active SWAT member as well as adjunct instructor.

​

From 2015-2019 and once again in 2021 to present, Tyler has been an SRT Security Police Officer with Centerra Security Group.

​

In 2017 he began competition shooting through USPSA when he won the South Carolina State Championship in the limited division in his class.

​

In 2023, Tyler also achieved the NRA Pistol Instructor certification. From there he took the Frogman Tactical Instructor Certification Program.
