Key topics and skills covered include: Body Mechanics and Positioning: Achieve natural point of aim, proper prone and supported positions, and bone-on-bone support for rock-solid stability. Stability: Master bipod/rear bag setup, loading the bipod, and minimizing movement for sub-MOA consistency. Eye Relief: Optimize scope positioning to eliminate parallax and ensure clear, strain-free sight pictures. Breathing: Control your respiratory cycle to time shots during the natural pause for minimal disturbance. Trigger Manipulation: Execute straight, surprise breaks without disturbing the reticle—crucial for precision at distance. Ballistics and Trajectory: Understand bullet drop, velocity retention, and environmental effects; learn to use dope charts effectively.
